The hotel was perfect with supper friendly staff members and a poolside bar. The rooms were neat and carpeted and had very comfy beds. Outstanding dishes served at the in-house restaurant. Reasonable prices, everything met the criteria.

The property was modern and great value with respectful staff who assisted us promptly in every request. We was here for 2 nights and ate at in-house restaurant especially at the bar and restaurant. The hotel was set in a central area right by the town centre as well as the main malls. Besides, Dhow Beach was 4 km away from the property.

The pool is super cool, and the kids loved it! Breakfast was mind-blowing with a great variety of food. The room was spacious, with a big bed and excellent service from the friendly staff. The location is jaw-dropping, and the free shuttle to the beach was a bonus. The garden was great, and the staff was super helpful, especially with special food requests. A hotel I would definitely recommend and return to!

Loved how the double room with twin beds was arranged when we arrived. The location was magnificent - just next door to other stores nearby as well as good pubs and shopping centers. Also, Rak Exhibition Centre was 1 km away, perfectly reachable.

We were given recently refurbished and large rooms with a balcony, beautiful view, as example. The hotel had indeed a particularly good and absolutely perfect location in front of reception area.

Enjoyed the Harbourside pool and deck, ballroom, and private jetty. The team was ready to "assist" with all the details. Loved the "famous" Mobley Burger and Garden Salad.

Oh, the joy of a room next to noisy children and waiting 30mins for breakfast. Missing bathtowels and smelly pillowcases were just the cherry on top.

The room was cleaned properly under the beds where not hoovered at all and available with balconies. The location was incredible, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Rak Exhibition Centre.

Impressive and fairly quiet units available with hair dryer and 2 double beds and beautiful view.
